Fhata Construction has made quality a way of life. A quality manual has been developed to guide operation policies and quality systems that are employed by the firm to optimise level of service and reliability in respect of work executed on and off site, provided by us to our customers.
It is our prime objective to ensure that our quality system conforms to specifications and contractual requirements, and must demonstrate all necessary procedures that are in line with standards.
Our quality procedures are supported by management and involve every employee in our everyday work activities in order to maintain our quality level. Introduction to the Quality Systems forms part of our induction to new employees.

The company has, in line with the mission statement used people from the disadvantaged background to execute some of its projects.
Newly qualified Architects, Builders and Engineers, Electricians, are being exposed to high tech projects the mentorship of experienced, registered and professionals.
Fhata Construction also participated in programs such as the rehabilitations of the flood stricken areas in the country, through advise where applicable and donations.
Career Guidance is also given to technical students in the institutions, which are in the vicinity of our office location.
